Reviving the 1980's original recipe of Stephen Daly, Owner of the Waxie Dargle Pub in Dublin 1, beside the Rotunda Hospital, He brewed his own coffee liqueur in the basement of the pub and in 1988, He created the iconic 'Baby Guinness' Shot, giving free shots of his coffee liqueur, topped with baileys to new fathers who would come into his pub for the first celebratory pint after the birth of their child. He called it The Baby Guinness and the rest is history. We, his kids and grandkids believe the world deserves to have the original Irish recipe back again and experience The Original best tasting Irish baby Guinness shot in the world! ....and yes there's alcohol in it, Lots of it! 23% which is a lot more than in those other two brands!
